Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management (MLRITM), Hyderabad, is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi — the statutory body responsible for regulating technical education in India. AICTE approval is a mandatory requirement for institutions offering programs in engineering, technology, and management, ensuring that the degrees and diplomas awarded are recognized by the Government of India and employers.

The institution has been granted permission by the Commissioner of Technical Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad, and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH).
