The Department of Masters in Business Administration (MBA) was established in 2009 with the introduction of the MBA program, initially admitting 120 students. Over the years, the intake has increased to 240, showcasing the department’s consistent growth and academic excellence. The department promotes research and innovation through advanced Centers of Excellence and laboratories. With strong placement records in reputed companies, the department continues to deliver quality education and nurture future-ready management professionals and its reputation for producing skilled graduates ready to meet global industry demands.
Creating opportunities for advanced learning, specialized training, and application in various domains of MBA, the postgraduate curriculum is designed to provide both theoretical depth and practical experience, fostering the ability to solve complex real-world problems through management thinking and innovation.
To strengthen experiential learning and bridge the gap between academia and industry, the department is equipped with state-of-the-art Centers of Excellence and industry-supported laboratories. These include the Bajaj Finserv Lab, established in collaboration with industry partners, to promote hands-on learning in management domains like Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
The department’s faculty members are highly qualified and dedicated professionals who continuously upgrade their knowledge through research, publications, workshops, and faculty development programs. Their mentorship has been instrumental in guiding students toward academic excellence, innovation, and ethical professional practice.
The MBA department has consistently achieved strong placement records over the years. Students have been placed in leading multinational companies such as HDFC, Cognizant, ICICI, Magic Bricks, and Bajaj Finserv, with top packages reaching up to ₹10 LPA. The department maintains an average pass percentage of around 80%, demonstrating its academic rigor and quality teaching standards.
