Honors and Minor

Honors and Minor
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering offers B.Tech students an opportunity to pursue Honors in Cyber Security and Minor in Cloud Computing. These specialized programs aim to enhance students’ technical expertise, expand their employability, and prepare them for advanced studies in emerging domains of engineering and technology. Both programs are designed in alignment with AICTE guidelines to ensure a holistic learning experience that bridges the gap between academia, research, and industry demands.
👉 B. Tech with Honors in Cyber Security
- To expand the domain knowledge of the students laterally and vertically.
- To increase the employability of undergraduate students with expanded knowledge in one of the core engineering disciplines
- To provide an opportunity to students to pursue their higher studies in a wider range of specializations.
B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering Honors in Cyber Security
👉 B.Tech with Minor in Cloud Computing
- To expand the domain knowledge of the students in one of the other branches of engineering.
- To increase the employability of undergraduate students keeping in view of better opportunities in interdisciplinary areas of engineering and technology.
- To provide an opportunity to students to pursue their higher studies in the interdisciplinary areas in addition to their own branch of study.
- To offer knowledge in the areas which are identified as emerging technologies or thrust areas of Engineering.
