Honors and Minor
Honors and Minor
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering offers B.Tech students an opportunity to pursue Honors in Electric Vehicles and a Minor in Electrical Power Systems. These specialized programs aim to enhance students’ technical expertise, expand employability, and prepare them for advanced studies in emerging domains of engineering and technology. Both programs are designed in alignment with AICTE guidelines, ensuring a holistic learning experience that bridges the gap between academia, research, and industry demands.
B.Tech with Honors in Electric Vehicles
- To expand the domain knowledge of the students laterally and vertically.
- To increase the employability of undergraduate students with expanded knowledge in one of the core engineering disciplines.
- To provide an opportunity for students to pursue higher studies in a wider range of specializations.
📄 B. Tech in Electrical Engineering Honors in Electrical
B.Tech with Minor in Electrical Power Systems
- To expand the domain knowledge of the students in one of the other branches of engineering.
- To increase the employability of undergraduate students by offering better opportunities in interdisciplinary areas of engineering and technology.
- To provide an opportunity for students to pursue higher studies in interdisciplinary areas in addition to their own branch of study.
- To offer knowledge in areas identified as emerging technologies or thrust areas of engineering.
