Examination Timings

Continuous Internal Examinations (CIE) – 2 Hours Duration

  • Forenoon (FN) Session: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon (AN) Session: 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM

Semester End Examinations (SEE) – 3 Hours Duration

  • Forenoon (FN) Session: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
  • Afternoon (AN) Session: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

Guidelines for Candidates

For the smooth conduct of examinations, candidates are instructed to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Report to the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • Carry a valid College ID card and hall ticket without fail. Entry will not be permitted without proper identification.
  • Occupy the seat allotted as per the seating plan and maintain strict discipline.
  • Students must not carry mobile phones, smart watches, electronic gadgets, notes, papers, books, or any unauthorized material inside the examination hall.
  • Bags and other belongings should be kept outside the examination hall at the designated place.
  • Question papers will be distributed 10 minutes before the start of the examination. Students shall read the questions but not start writing until the commencement bell rings.
  • Writing must stop immediately when the completion bell rings. Continuing to write after the bell will be treated as malpractice.
  • Students should sign the attendance sheet and submit the answer booklet before leaving the hall.
  • No student is allowed to leave the hall during the first 60 minutes from the start of the examination.
  • Any malpractice or attempt to cheat will lead to disciplinary action as per examination regulations.
  • Maintain silence and discipline in and around the examination hall at all times.
  • Follow all instructions given by invigilators and examination staff without fail.
